Concernant les matériaux et objets au contact des denrées alimentaires.

Mes céramiques confectionnées avec les émaux listés ci-dessous sont conformes aux exigences du règlement cadre (CE) n°1935/2004/CE :

  • Émail grès transparent brillant PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil)

  • Émail grès crème PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil)

  • Émail blanc mat PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil)

Les quantités de plomb, cadmium, cobalt, aluminium et arsenic cédées par les céramiques ont été mesurées par le laboratoire : 

Laboratoire de la SWDE (Société Wallonne des Eaux) et Éric Swanet CCE2 S.R.L. , Rue de Hannut, 15B, 1350 Marilles, Belgique.


La quantité de plomb cédée par les récipients en céramique ne doit pas excéder la limite de 2 mg/kg de denrée.
Les quantités de plomb cédées mesurées lors de l’analyse sont les suivantes :

  • Émail grès transparent brillant PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/kg 

  • Émail grès crème PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/kg 

  • Émail blanc mat PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/kg. 


La quantité́ de cadmium cédée par les récipients en céramique ne doit pas excéder la limite de 0,2 mg/kg.
Les quantités de cadmium cédées mesurées lors de l’analyse sont les suivantes :

  • Émail grès transparent brillant PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/kg 

  • Émail grès crème PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/kg 

  • Émail blanc mat PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/kg. 


La quantité de cobalt cédée par les récipients en céramique ne doit pas excéder la limite de 0,02 mg/kg.
Les quantités de cobalt cédées mesurées lors de l’analyse sont les suivantes :

  • Émail grès transparent brillant PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/kg 

  • Émail grès crème PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/kg 

  • Émail blanc mat PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/kg. 


La quantité d’aluminum cédée par les récipients en céramique ne doit pas excéder la limite de 1 mg/kg.
Les quantités d’aluminum cédées mesurées lors de l’analyse sont les suivantes :

  • Émail grès transparent brillant PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0,1 mg/kg 

  • Émail grès crème PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0,1 mg/kg 

  • Émail blanc mat PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <1 mg/kg. 


La quantité d’arsenic cédée par les récipients en céramique ne doit pas excéder la limite de 0,002 mg/kg.
Les quantités d’aluminum cédées mesurées lors de l’analyse sont les suivantes :

  • Émail grès transparent brillant PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0,002 mg/kg 

  • Émail grès crème PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0,002 mg/kg 

  • Émail blanc mat PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <0,002 mg/kg. 

Ces émaux ont été utilisés pour toute ma vaisselle : style « Ora » (trait bleu) et style « Les Salins » (relief négatif).

Bezüglich Materialien und Gegenständen, die mit Lebensmitteln in Berührung kommen sollen.

Meine Keramikwaren, die mit den unten aufgeführten Glasuren hergestellt wurden, entsprechen den Anforderungen der Rahmenverordnung (EG) Nr. 1935/2004/EG:

  • Transparente, glänzende Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil)

  • Cremefarbene Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil)

  • Mattweiße Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil)

Die von den Keramiken abgegebenen Mengen an Blei, Cadmium, Kobalt, Aluminium und Arsen wurden vom folgenden Labor gemessen:

Labor der SWDE (Société Wallonne des Eaux) und Éric Swanet CCE2 S.R.L. , Rue de Hannut, 15B, 1350 Marilles, Belgien.

Die von den Keramikwaren abgegebene Bleimenge darf den Grenzwert von 2 mg/l nicht überschreiten. Die bei der Analyse gemessenen abgegebenen Bleimengen sind wie folgt:

  • Transparente, glänzende Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/l

  • Cremefarbene Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/l

  • Mattweiße Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/l

Die von den Keramikwaren abgegebene Cadmiummenge darf den Grenzwert von 0,2 mg/l nicht überschreiten. Die bei der Analyse gemessenen Cadmiumabgaben sind wie folgt:

  • Glänzende transparente Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/L

  • Cremefarbene Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/L

  • Mattweißes Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/L

Die von den Keramikwaren abgegebene Kobaltmenge darf den Grenzwert von 0,02 mg/kg nicht überschreiten. Die bei der Analyse gemessenen Kobaltabgaben sind wie folgt:

  • Glänzende transparente Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/kg

  • Cremefarbene Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/kg

  • Mattweißes Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <0,01 mg/kg.

Die von den Keramikwaren abgegebene Aluminiummenge darf den Grenzwert von 1 mg/kg nicht überschreiten. Die bei der Analyse gemessenen Aluminiumabgaben sind wie folgt:

  • Glänzende transparente Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0,1 mg/kg

  • Cremefarbene Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0,1 mg/kg

  • Mattweißes Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <1 mg/kg.

Die von den Keramikwaren abgegebene Arsenmenge darf den Grenzwert von 0,002 mg/kg nicht überschreiten. Die bei der Analyse gemessenen Arsenabgaben sind wie folgt:

  • Glänzende transparente Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0,002 mg/kg

  • Cremefarbene Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0,002 mg/kg

  • Mattweißes Steingutglasur PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <0,002 mg/kg.

    Diese Glasuren wurden für mein gesamtes Geschirr verwendet: Stil „Ora” (blaue Linie) und Stil „Les Salins” (Negativrelief).

Declaration of conformity

Regarding materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

My ceramics, which were produced using the glazes listed below, comply with the requirements of Framework Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004/EC:

  • Transparent, glossy stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil)

  • Cream-colored stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil)

  • Matt white stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil)

The amounts of lead, cadmium, cobalt, aluminum, and arsenic released from the ceramics were measured by the following laboratory:

The amount of cadmium released from the ceramic products must not exceed the limit value of 0.2 mg/kg. The cadmium emissions measured during the analysis are as follows:

  • Glossy transparent stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0.01 mg/kg

  • Cream-colored stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0.01 mg/kg

  • Matt white stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <0.01 mg/kg.

The amount of cobalt released from the ceramic products must not exceed the limit of 0.02 mg/kg. The amounts of cobalt released measured during the analysis are as follows:

  • Transparent, glossy stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0.01 mg/kg

  • Cream-colored stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0.01 mg/kg

  • Matt white stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <0.01 mg/kg.

The amount of aluminum released from the ceramic products must not exceed the limit value of 1 mg/kg. The aluminum emissions measured during the analysis are as follows:

  • Glossy transparent stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0.1 mg/kg

  • Cream-colored stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0.1 mg/kg

  • Matt white stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <1 mg/kg.

The amount of arsenic released from the ceramic products must not exceed the limit of 0.002 mg/kg. The amounts of arsenic released measured during the analysis are as follows:

  • Transparent, glossy stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6025 (Solargil) <0.002 mg/kg

  • Cream-colored stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6005 (Solargil) <0.002 mg/kg

  • Matt white stoneware glaze PRODESCO 0.6053 (Solargil) <0.002 mg/kg.

    These glazes were used for all my tableware: “Ora” style (blue line) and “Les Salins” style (negative relief).
